Harvey Automotive is a family owned full-service automotive repair facility.  We are a Napa Auto care facility which means that we offer high quality Napa auto parts as a part of our repair service, and all repairs come backed by Napa s peace of mind nation-wide warranty.  We are a AAA approved facility which means that we have been checked out extensively by the AAA organization and have been given their stamp of approval.  We employ ASE certified technicians which shows our commitment to repair excellence and ongoing training.  We take an enormous amount of pride in our work, and we strive to exceed the expectations of our clients.  It s more than just a marketing slogan here We offer a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on all repairs.  We offer dealer level diagnostics on most makes and models which takes a significant commitment on our part in both diagnostic equipment purchases and up-to-date training for our staff.  As a shop owner I know that just about everyone has had a bad experience at an automotive repair shop.  Some of these are blatant dishonesty, and some are misunderstandings or a communication breakdown.  I personally guarantee that we will never sell you something that you don t need, and I do things like explaining repairs and why they are needed, giving clients options and prioritizing repairs, and making follow up calls to make sure that communication stays open.  Thank you for considering Harvey Automotive as your automotive repair facility.
